Tip: Be sure you check your facts. I had one author putting basements in Las Vegas (rarely happens), and another having a rider wearing a Stetson before they had been invented. Make sure your facts, no matter how minor, are correct.

Go on a search and find as many group names for things as you can. How can you use them in a scene? Then start making up some of your own. What would you call a group of writers? Of aliens? Of… whatever?
